HoodiaXR.com Return Policy
| In order to qualify
for a refund you must obtain an RMA# prior to sending
back your order in addition to sending the signed
return request form. |
We will accept any unopened bottles for
return within 30 days of the original purchase. We will
also accept returns from unsatisfied customers of opened
bottles within 30 days (only one bottle per order may
be opened*). All unopened bottles must arrive undamaged,
have the original seal, with no damage to the label
or bottle (new condition). Returns accepted on initial
purchase only.
To receive a refund for an opened bottle
you must: Use our product as directed for 10 consecutive
days, then request an RMA# (authorization)
number from the Customer
Service Ticket Center. After receiving an RMA# you
must return ALL received items (opened
and unopened) with a Return
Request Form.
Return requests that are not signed will
be rejected.
*Refund credit valid for 1 open
bottle only. Additional opened and/or damaged (non-returnable)
bottles will be charged the full rate of $49.95 per
non-returnable bottle. Only initial orders available
for refunds.
Be sure
to write the RMA# on the outside of the package or the
package may not be received.
After returning the bottles allow
3-4 weeks for your refund to be processed.
All returns will be charged shipping and handling and
a $9 restocking fee per unopened bottle. The customer
is responsible for shipping the product back to HoodiaXR.com
and all costs associated with shipping. HoodiaXR is
not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or
damaged.
Only one refund valid per household. HoodiaXR
reserves the right to refuse or reject any returns and
deny any and all refunds if we suspect fraudulent activity
or for any other reason deemed appropriate by HoodiaXR.
Refund offer only valid on first purchase and to continental
U.S. residents. Return requests that do not completely
comply with the HoodiaXR Return Policy will be rejected.
Rejected items will be sent back at the customer’s
expense.
HoodiaXR.com is not responsible for items that may be
lost, damaged or returned or any other reason the package
may not arrive at our office in a timely manner. We
recommend tracking the package and not requiring a signature.
All packages returned due to erroneous
address entries will be billed shipping and handling
charges to and from said destination. Be sure you send
it to the correct address here.
*When
requesting an RMA number be sure
to record your confirmation number!
While we reply to all inquiries within 24 working
hours some email programs have been blocking our reply
because of spam filters. If you do not receive an automated
email right away that your ticket has been received,
your email system is blocking our reply. You will need
your Ticket Number to access our reply. If that still
doesn't work send us a fax.
