Make sure your shipping information and
email address are entered correctly. Shipment and order
notifications are sent via email from FedEx. Shipping
time is 7-10 business days. In the event a package is
returned due to incorrect / incomplete shipping information
the customer is responsible for all shipping charges
incurred (both directions).
Duplicate orders: If you make a duplicate
order and the order is shipped the standard retun
policy applies.
Once a package is shipped it is too late
to cancel. You can request a refund but are responsible
for all charges listed in the return
policy. Packages that are "returned to
sender" will also be billed the full amount
of shipping and handling both ways.
Lost / Delayed Packages: In the event
that a package is mishandled by FedEx causing a delay
in the arrival of the package we will work with FedEx
to reach the most efficient resolution. If after 5 working
days we cannot trace your package it will be reshipped
(at our expense). Adjustments are not made for delayed
or mishandled packages.
Refunds will not be processed on packages
that FedEx delivers if the package is not returned to
HoodiaXR.com in compliance with our Return
Policy.
In order to be eligible for a refund you
must request an RMA# prior to returning the package.
In addition the signed RMA form
must be completed and returned with your package.
As with all weight loss and diet products
results will vary. For best results HoodiaXR should
be used in conjunction with healthy eating habits and
an exercise regiment. The information provided on this

In the event FedEx delivers a package,
but you do not receive it, you must
contact FedEx and let them know the situation. Ask them
to do a "driver follow up". Ofen
times packages are picked up by a neighbor. In the event
the package cannot be tracked down FedEx will provide
the customer with a "Case Id #".
After 3 days if the package is not found we will reship
the package with the receipt of the "Case Id
#".
